working principle
The medium pressure acts on the metal isolation corrugated membrane and is transmitted to the sensitive element beta chamber for measurement through the intermediate silicone oil
The diaphragm senses differential pressure to form a capacitance change, and the differential pressure forms a linear state with the differential capacitance to detect electricity
The differential pressure capacitance is amplified and converted into a standard current signal for output.
