1. It is necessary to keep the cable joints clean, dry, waterproof, and moisture-proof. After each use, be sure to promptly screw on the flow meter and each cable head cover.
2. Do not connect the flowmeter during circulation to avoid the sharp and hard rock debris in the circulating liquid from washing and damaging the inner lining of the flowmeter, which may affect the measurement accuracy.
3. Electromagnetic flowmetertransmitterCannot be used interchangeably.
4. Ensure that the inner lining of the electromagnetic flowmeter is not scratched or punctured by hard objects, which may damage its smoothness.
5. After each construction use, the inner lining of the flowmeter and the inner lining of the variable diameter short circuit must be cleaned promptly with clean water (free of oil) (using a water gun and soft cloth to clean the inner lining). It is strictly prohibited for the inner lining of the flowmeter to come into contact with various oil substances, contaminate the measuring electrodes, and damage the insulation lining.

7. The electromagnetic flowmeter transmitter (with display device) must be kept clean and placed indoors for use, waterproof, moisture-proof, vibration proof, and collision proof. Keep all cables clean.
8. The 220V AC cable head and socket of the electromagnetic flowmeter must not be affected by moisture or water; Do not use wet hands to connect or unplug when powered onpower supplyLine to prevent electric shock hazards.
9. After each slurry replacement measurement is completed, fill in the construction date, construction well number, design slurry replacement volume, and cumulative flow meter data on the flowmeter operation record form.
10. The insulation material on the inner wall of the electromagnetic flowmeter must not come into contact with oil, acid, or alkaline substances to avoid aging of the insulation material, which may cause a decrease in the performance of the flowmeter, damage, or scrap.
11. During the installation, disassembly, transportation, and storage of the flowmeter, it is strictly prohibited to throw or stack it from the vehicle to prevent the internal precision coil from deforming or breaking due to strong vibration, which may damage the flowmeter.
12. Strictly implement the system of equipment exit and return inspection. The flowmeter should be powered on before and after each use to check its working condition. Before departure, it should be powered on for inspection, and after returning to the base for cleaning and maintenance, it should be powered on to check its working condition and keep inspection records.
