The fiber impact air sieve analyzer uses negative pressure to filter the air through the filtering device, which is then sprayed onto the screened material through a rotating nozzle and thrown up. The thrown screened material collides with the cover plate and disperses, while the negative pressure draws it towards the standard sieve. At this point, particles larger than the standard mesh are retained, while particles smaller than the standard mesh flow out of the channel with the airflow, completing the screening test of the screened material. Due to the gas sprayed from the nozzle simultaneously clearing the standard sieve mesh, the screening is more efficient and the screening results are more accurate.
