냉열충격시험기는 재료구조나 복합재료를 시험하는데 사용되며 순간적으로 극고온 및 극저온의 련속적인 환경에서 참을수 있다
의 정도는 가장 짧은 시간 내에 그 열팽창과 냉축으로 인한 화학적 변화나 물리적 피해를 시험하기 위한 것이다.적용 대상에는 이온 배터리,
금속, 플라스틱, 고무, 전자"2등 재료는 그 제품 개선의 근거 또는 참고로 삼을 수 있다.
Cold & thermal impact tester is used to test the capability of material structure or composite materials to withstand
the continuous environmental changes between extremely high temperature and low temperatures during a short
period, and therefore understand the chemical changes or physical damages caused by expansion from heat and
contraction from cold in the shortest possible time. It is applicable to Lithium-ion battery,metals, plastic, rubber,
electronics amongst other， Lithium-ion battery. The test result can be used as a reference or basis for product
improvement.
특징 Features
.3상자 설비는 고온 구역, 저온 구역, 테스트 구역 세 부분으로 구분되며, 테스트 제품은 테스트 구역에 설치하고, 충격 시 고온 구역의 온도 프레스는 테스트에 들어가 충격을 진행하며, 테스트 제품은 정태식이다.
. 터치 컨트롤 목욕으로 인터페이스를 만든다.조작이 쉽다.
.충격방식은 풍로전환방식을 응용하여 온도를 시험구역에 도입하여 랭열충격주시험을 한다.
.고온충격이나 저습충격시 최대시간은 999H에 달하고 최대순환주기는 9999회에 달한다.
.시스템은 자동 순환 관아 이동 또는 수동 선택적 충격을 할 수 있으며 2구 또는 3구 충격 및 냉충열 충전 시작을 설정할 수 있다.
냉각 채취 이원 냉동 시스템, 강습 효과가 빠르고 냉각 방식은 수냉식이다.
.충격 상온을 시험할 수 있다

The system can be used fo r automatic Circulation Shock or manual selective shock, capable of setting two zones or
three zones shocks as well as cold and thermal shock start-up.
Binary cooling system is adopted for cooling,with quick cooling effect.The method is water cooling.
Normal temperature shocd test is allowed.
