제품 용도 Purpose:

배터리 침술 시험기는 침술 시험을 통해 배터리의 안전 성능을 검사하고, 실시간 시험 데이터 (예를 들면 배터리 전압, 배터리 표면 최고 온도, 압력 영상 데이터로 실험 결과 판정) 침술 시험이 끝난 후 배터리가 불이 나지 않아야 하며, 폭발하지 않아야 하고, 연기가 나지 않아야 한다;또한 각 전지 공장 및 연구소에서 반드시 없어서는 안 될 검측 설비이다.

특징 Product Feature

Qc743 기존 표준 요구 사항:

직경 @ 3mm~8mm의 고온에 견디는 강침으로, IOmm/s~40mmls의 속도로 축전지 모듈 극판에 수직으로 있는 방향에서 최소 3개의 축전지 단체를 관통한다(강침은 축전지에 머물러 있다)

QC743 새로운 표준 요구 사항:

6mm-o10mm의 내고온 강침(바늘 끝의 각도는 60도이며 바늘의 표면이 깨끗하고 녹이 슬지 않으며 산화층 및 기름때), 20~30mm/s의 속도로 축전지 극판에 수직인 방향에서 3개의 단일 축전지를 관통할 때까지(강침은 축전지에 머물러 있다. 시험 후 관찰 1h)

QC743 Old Standard Requirement:

With diameter o3mm-8mm high temperatureresistant steel needle, lOmmls~40mms speed, penetrate at least three storage battery monomer from vertical direction of store battery module pole board(steel needle stay in the storage battery)

QC743 New Standard Requirement:

With diameter 6mm-o10mm high temperature resistant steel needle(the angle of needle point is 60 degree, needle surface firish, no corrosion,oxidelayer and oilstin).20mmls-3Ommls speed,from vertical direoction of store battery module pole board, penetrate till hree monomer storage battery(steel needle stay in the storage battery, observe 1h after test)
